Rafting

1. General conditions

"Bulgarian Hunt Service Ltd." is just a middlecompany and it does not arrange the hunting. We mediate between you and the hunting grounds that actually organize the hunt. Your mediation assignment authorize us as a mediator and this fact lays a deep obligation upon us to give our professional hunting advises and assistance to you. Through your signing of the authorization letter you empower us to enter into hunting agreement for you with the chosen hunting area. This mediation agreement is not enforced before our acknowledgement.

2. Pay terms / Booking

All of the debts that arise out of the hunt mediation will be payed in Bulgaria. A deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit amounts to 50% of the arrangement expenses or can be specified in the application form. The rest of the expenses must be paid 30 days prior to the beginning of the trip. The arrangement expenses are specified in the reply to your application. The final calculation of the hunt is accomplished on the spot according to the Hunting protocol.

3. Liability

As a hunting middlecompany we guarantee for:

• the meticulous choice and oversight of the hunting areas;
• the correct description of the achievements (trophies);
• the conscientious preparation of the trip;
• the duly adduction of the concerted achievements;

As a mediator we do not undertake the liability for misadventures, luggage loss, injuries, damages and expenditure of force majeure (hunt and road accidents, strikes, delays, nature disasters). Each shot is at your own peril. The hunting areas underlie much imponderability (weather conditions, behaviour of the game, hunter's behaviour and skills) that could be changed neither from us nor from somebody else and in this case we can not guarantee.

4. Objections

Our client is obliged to notify his objections to the hunting guides immediately and to request for redress. After that, if he is still not recompensed, the objection must be written in the Hunting protocol and must be signed by the client and by the hunting guide. If a demerit is not written in the protocol the client could not claim abatement.

5. Agreement cancellation

If you want to declare off a booked hunt you are free to transfer it to another person for the same hunt.

„Bulgarian Hunt Service Ltd." may cancel the agreement if the accomplishment of the hunt is comlicated, endangered or hindered because of exceptional, unforeseen by the time of the contraction circumstances (f.e. war, strike, riots, epidemic, disasters, natural calamities etc.).

6. Cancellation conditions

If the client cancels the agreement he will be charged with the following amount:

• the preconcerted deposit (it covers our processing expenses and these for pending hunt and gun licence);
• Expenses for canceled flights, rental cars, hotels, compensation to the hunting area etc.

7. Official regulations

We give information to the hunter about passport, visa, customs duty, currency and health provisions. To take these into consideration depends on the hunter himself.
